These terms are between you and Tenpoint Labs LLC. Contact: support@tenpointlabs.com.
What the service does
Firemark asks your prompts to AI engines on a schedule and reports who each answer names and links. It covers ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode and Gemini, from the United States in English, depending on your plan. It measures answers. It does not write content or recommend actions.
Results are samples. AI engines answer the same prompt differently from one ask to the next, so we report counts as measured by the rules on the method page. We do not promise any ranking, mention or outcome for your brand.
Accounts and members
- You need an account. Keep your sign-in details secure.
- Every plan has unlimited seats. Every member has the same access to all brands.
- Only the account owner manages the plan, cancels or removes members.
Plans and billing
- Plans bill monthly. Today they are Lite at $29, Starter at $79, Growth at $199, Pro at $499 a month, and extra prompts cost $89 a month per 100. The pricing page is the current list.
- There is no free trial.
- An upgrade starts at once and is charged pro rata for the rest of the month. A downgrade starts at the end of the billing period. If the new plan allows fewer prompts or brands, you choose what to keep. If you do not choose, runs pause.
- If a payment fails, runs continue for 7 days and then pause.
- The account owner can cancel from the billing portal. Payments are handled by Stripe.
- Prices exclude tax. Where tax applies, it is calculated and added at checkout and shown on your invoice.
Cancellation
- The account owner can cancel at any time from the billing portal, which opens from the Billing page in the app. Nobody has to contact us to cancel.
- Cancelling takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Your plan, prompts and runs continue until then, and no further payment is taken.
- Apart from the first-payment refund below, cancelling does not refund the current period or credit unused days.
Refunds and billing disputes
- If you are new to Firemark, you can ask for a full refund of your first payment within 7 days of paying it. Email support@tenpointlabs.com and cancel from the billing portal if you do not want to continue.
- After those 7 days, a month that has started is not refunded.
- Upgrades, extra prompts and renewals are not covered by the 7-day refund.
If you were charged by mistake, charged twice or charged after you cancelled, email support@tenpointlabs.com and we will look into it. Please contact us before you open a dispute with your card issuer, so we can fix it faster.
Billing errors are always refunded in full.
Your data
You keep what you put in: your brand details, competitors and prompts. You allow us to use them to run the service, including sending prompt text to AI engines and processing the answers. How we handle data is set out in the privacy policy.
- Full answers and sources are kept for 13 months. Counts, verdicts, snippets and findings are kept for the life of your account.
- After you cancel, your data stays read-only for 90 days and is then deleted.
- You can export CSV files while your account is active.
Engines and third-party services
The answers come from AI engines we do not control. They can change how they answer, or stop answering, at any time. When an engine changes in a way that affects comparison, we start a new comparison instead of mixing results from before and after.
MCP and AI assistants
You can connect Claude or ChatGPT to read your latest results through MCP. An assistant cannot start runs, change your schedule or engines, or touch billing or members. It can draft prompts or propose changes, and you confirm them in the app. The assistant's own terms apply to how it uses what it reads.
Using the service
- Use the service lawfully.
- Do not try to get around plan limits, such as the prompt allowance.
- Do not resell access to the service.
