Who is responsible for your data
The service is run by Tenpoint Labs LLC. You can reach us at support@tenpointlabs.com.
What we collect
We keep four kinds of data.
- Account data. Your email address and sign-in details, and the members you invite. Only the account owner manages the plan, cancels or removes members.
- Setup data. Your brand name and aliases, your website, your competitors and their websites, your buyer types, your prompts and your schedule.
- Results data. The answers AI engines give to your prompts, with their sources, and the scores we derive: whether each answer names and links your brand and each competitor, its position, its sentiment, and a snippet of up to 500 characters. We also keep run logs and coverage records.
- Billing data. Payments go through Stripe.
This website also uses Google Analytics to measure visits and clicks on its buttons. It sets cookies in your browser to do this.
How we use it
- To run your tracking: send your prompts to the engines, collect and score the answers, and show the results in the app and through MCP.
- To bill you and manage your plan.
- To email you. We send a first-results email once per brand, a "something changed" email at most once a week per brand (each member can switch it off), and account emails such as verification, invitations and billing receipts.
Your prompts leave our systems
To collect an answer, the text of each prompt is sent to the AI engine through a data collection provider, from a United States location. Do not put personal data or confidential information in a prompt. Prompts are limited to 500 characters.
How long we keep it
- Full answers and their sources are kept for 13 months, then removed.
- Counts, verdicts, snippets and findings are kept for the life of your account.
- After you cancel, your data stays read-only for 90 days. Brand data is then deleted.
You can download CSV files of your prompts, engines, competitors, sources and runs while your account is active. Full answers are not in the CSV.
Who else handles your data
We use outside providers to run the service. The providers below handle the data described above.

If you connect an AI assistant through MCP, that assistant reads your latest results, with answer snippets of up to 500 characters and no full answers. The assistant's own terms and privacy policy apply to what it does with them.
Your choices
- Edit or remove prompts, competitors and members in the app.
- Turn each email on or off per member on the Emails page.
- Cancel from the billing portal. The account owner does this.
