Exports now follow the prompt group you have selected
Prompts, engines, competitors, sources and full exports ignored the selected prompt group and covered every prompt. They now contain only the group's prompts and figures.
What is new, improved and fixed in Firemark, newest first. Every change a customer would notice, with the date it shipped.
Prompts, engines, competitors, sources and full exports ignored the selected prompt group and covered every prompt. They now contain only the group's prompts and figures.
Sign-in codes, password emails, invitations, first results and change alerts have a new look for phones and dark mode. A monthly summary and warnings before runs pause or data is deleted are new.
Group existing prompts by buyer type in one click, prompts with a plus sign reach the engines intact, and phone layouts no longer overlap. A faster load and menu shortcuts are in there too.
An invited teammate can continue with Google, create a password or sign in, and lands back on the invitation with no plan or payment steps. Someone signed in with no account sees their open invitations.
With one brand, home opens on a short brief: a headline, key pills and numbered facts. With several brands, it opens on a portfolio table with a summary across them.
Find prompts where a competitor is named and you are not, where some engines name you and others do not, and where you are named without a link. A gap export and a source-gap view come with it.
Workspace settings now has a change-password option, and Firemark emails you when a password is set or changed. Accounts that only use Google are pointed to "Forgot your password?".
Sort your prompts into groups, then pick a group in the top bar to see Overview, Sources and other screens for just those prompts. Add, move and remove prompts in bulk.
Prompts that already contain your brand name get a chip on the Prompts screen, so you can tell them from open buying questions. Counts and results stay as they were.
Sources now lists which of your own pages AI answers cite, with how many answers cited each page and how it fared against competitors, per engine. Your assistant can read the same list.
Account owners can remove a tracked brand from its Setup page. It moves to a Removed brands list on Brands, with a Restore button until its data is deleted after 90 days.
Firemark's MCP server has a start_run tool. Your assistant can start a confirmed brand's first run, or retry once after a run that failed.
Smaller changes from the first two weeks: subdomains count as your site in Sources, AI Mode keeps its product lists, and several sign-up and Setup screens stopped showing the wrong thing.
The last sign-up step now offers to connect your assistant, so you can set a brand up in Claude or ChatGPT instead of filling in the form. Each assistant has its own step-by-step guide.
Clicking a link now answers at once, with a loading state while the next screen arrives. Screens you are likely to open next are fetched ahead of time.
A mention of a brand's short form, such as its name without "AI" or "Labs", now counts, and so does any alias you add. Changing a competitor's alias re-counts that competitor's earlier runs.
Start tracking your brand, or open the demo to see a full report first.
