Your allowance is one pool. On Starter you could track 60 prompts for one brand and 40 for another: 100 prompts, 4 engines, up to 400 answers per run across both.

There are four monthly plans: Lite at $29, Starter at $79, Growth at $199 and Pro at $499. They differ in how many prompts you track, how many engines answer them and how often you can run. There is no free trial.
What are the four plans, and what differs between them?
The short version
Lite tracks 25 prompts on 3 engines for one brand. Starter tracks 100 on 4, Growth 200 on 5 and Pro 500 on 5. Starter, Growth and Pro have unlimited brands that share the prompt allowance.
- Prompts rise from 25 to 500. You can add more on any plan at $89 per 100.
- Engines are set by the plan. Starter adds Gemini to Lite's three, and Growth adds Perplexity.
- Brands are limited to 1 on Lite and unlimited above it.
- Run frequency tops out at weekly on Lite and daily on the other three.
- Everything else is the same on all four plans: seats, CSV export, history, competitors and the way answers are collected.

What counts as a prompt, and how many answers does a run collect?
A prompt is one buyer question you track. Each run asks every prompt on every engine in your plan, so the answers in a run are prompts x engines. We write “up to” because an engine that fails to answer lowers the count for that run.

Frequency does not change the size of a run
A daily, weekly or monthly run asks the same prompts on the same engines. A Growth basket on a daily schedule collects up to 1,000 answers every day. Runs start overnight, US Eastern time.

Extra prompts cost $89 a month per 100 and can be added to any plan, in any number of packs.
How the allowance works
Packs raise the prompt allowance of the whole account, and the allowance is shared across your brands. Prompts of a paused brand are not counted. Drafts you have not started a run on use no allowance. Packs add prompts and do not add engines, because engines come from the plan.
If you go over
Setup shows your allowance before you save, and a basket over it cannot run. You can remove prompts, add a pack, or move up a plan. After a downgrade, runs pause from the change date until the basket fits.
Buying and removing packs
More packs start at once and are charged pro rata. Fewer packs are not refunded: the old number stays until the end of the billing period, then the allowance drops.
Example: Starter at $79 plus one pack is 200 prompts for $168 a month, and two packs is 300 prompts for $257. On four engines, 300 prompts is up to 1,200 answers per run.
Billing, upgrades and cancellation
Plans bill monthly. There is no free trial and no annual plan. The account owner manages the plan, and every other member has the same access to results.
- Upgrades
- Start at once and are charged pro rata. When an upgrade adds an engine (Lite to Starter adds Gemini, Starter to Growth adds Perplexity), the confirm step says so and the overall figures restart from that run, because the engine set changed.
- Downgrades
- Start at the end of your billing period, with no proration. If you track more prompts than the new plan allows, you choose which to remove before that date, or runs pause from that day until the basket fits. On a move to one brand, you choose which brand keeps running; the others are paused with their data kept.
- Failed payments
- Runs continue for 7 days after a payment fails and then pause.
- Cancelling
- The owner cancels from the billing portal, which also lists invoices and the card on file. After your subscription ends, your data stays read-only for 90 days and is then deleted.
Which plan fits?
Lite, $29
Pick Lite if you have one brand and a focused basket of up to 25 prompts, and weekly checks are enough. It tracks ChatGPT, AI Overviews and AI Mode, so it will not show you Gemini or Perplexity, and a second brand means moving up.
Starter, $79
Pick Starter for several brands, a basket of up to 100 prompts and daily runs, with Gemini added. If you need around 200 prompts and can do without Perplexity, Starter with one pack is $168, which is $31 less than Growth.
Growth, $199
Pick Growth when your buyers may be asking Perplexity too and you want all five engines with 200 prompts. It is the plan that leaves no tracked engine out.
Pro, $499
Pick Pro for the largest baskets across many brands, with 500 prompts on five engines and Claude added when it ships. On list prices, Growth with three packs also reaches 500 prompts, for $466. Pro makes sense if you want one plan for the whole basket, with Claude coming.

Which AI engines does Firemark track?
ChatGPT (web, logged out), Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode and Gemini, in US English. Lite covers ChatGPT, AI Overviews and AI Mode, Starter adds Gemini, and Growth and Pro cover all five. Claude is coming.
How often does it run?
Daily, weekly or monthly, up to your plan's fastest cadence. Lite runs weekly at most and every other plan can run daily. Runs start overnight, US Eastern time.
How long is my history kept, and can I export it?
Full answers and sources are kept for 13 months. Counts, verdicts, snippets and findings are kept for the life of your account. You can download CSV files from the Prompts, Engines, Competitors and Sources screens and for each run. Full answers are not in the CSV.
What happens if I go over my prompt allowance?
Your plan sets how many prompts you can track, shared across your brands. Setup shows your allowance before you save, and a basket over the allowance cannot run. Add extra prompts at $89 a month per 100, or move to a larger plan.
How many seats do I get?
Unlimited seats on every plan. Every member has the same access to all brands. Only the account owner manages the plan, cancels or removes members.
Is there a free trial, and how does billing work?

An upgrade starts at once and is charged pro rata for the rest of the month. A downgrade starts at the end of the billing period. If the new plan allows fewer prompts or brands, you choose what to keep before then, or runs pause until the basket fits. A change that adds an engine restarts the overall trend from that run.
