Sentiment is live in Firemark for your brand and your competitors
See how many answers that name you read positive, neutral or negative on Overview, Engines and Prompts, and the same for each competitor on Competitors. Past runs are rated too.
Overview shows the split for the latest run and a table by run. Prompts has a sentiment filter, and each negative answer is one click from its text. Shares appear once 20 or more answers are rated; below that you see the counts.
Sentiment is recorded only when a brand is named. Your assistant gets the same counts from get_overview, get_engines, list_prompts and get_competitors.
If your assistant does not show the new tools yet, start a new chat or reconnect Firemark in its settings.
