Approve and edit your brands from Claude or ChatGPT
A new permission lets your assistant approve or discard drafts and proposals and edit a brand's prompts, competitors, groups, schedule and emails. It stays off unless you tick it when you connect.
The consent screen has a new "Approve and edit your brands" box. It starts unticked, and your assistant gets the new tools only if you tick it. Connections you already made keep what they had; connect Firemark again and tick the box to add it. Any member of the account can use it, as in Setup.
With it, your assistant can approve or discard a proposal or a new brand's draft, and edit a brand's prompts, competitors, groups, schedule, emails and profiles and listings. It can also set a site's type on Sources. Any connection can now ask for a link to a CSV export, which works for 15 minutes.
A change that adds prompts or competitors, runs a brand more often or confirms a draft comes back as a preview first, with what it adds and how much of your allowance it uses. Nothing changes until you confirm it in the chat. Prompt and group changes are logged with the assistant's name, such as "Sam via Claude".
It cannot remove a brand or change members, API keys or billing.
If your assistant does not show the new tools yet, start a new chat or reconnect Firemark in its settings.
